As more and more Canadians are choosing electronic methods to manage information, KiBM has ended distribution of the printed medication record book, as of June 1, 2015. 

You are encouraged to download the free and confidential MyMedRec app, which will allow you to take charge of your medication records electronically – on Android, Blackberry or iOS. Simply click on the "App" tab above. MyMedRec allows patients and caregivers to have their medication and immunization record at their fingertips. It includes features such as refill and dose reminders, storing of medication histories and, multiple patient profiles, email and picture capabilities, as well as contact information of prescribers and pharmacies.  

Alternately, you may download and print the booklet for your own personal use by clicking on the "Create Your Own Record" tab also located above.   

A print-ready booklet file is available to you to print in the quantity and location of your choice.
